To make your stay with us as comfortable and safe as possible, we would be grateful if you could take a few minutes to read this information:-

THE ANNEXE

WHAT WE PROVIDE FOR YOUR ARRIVAL

Tea, coffee and sugar.

We provide a Nespresso coffee maker - you just need to bring your own capsules.

We respectfully ask that no outdoor shoes are worn upstairs

Free of charge fibre optic broadband.

THE KITCHEN

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you may need

We have included everything we think you may need but if you find you are short of anything, please let us know.

LAUNDRY ROOM

The laundry room is equipped with washing machine and a quantity of washing capsules.

COFFEE MAKER

We have provided a Nespresso Coffee Maker for your enjoyment. You just need to bring your preferred Nespresso capsules.

OUTDOOR SEATING

The Annexe comes with outdoor seating/dining

ASSISTANCE

We are unobtrusively resident on site and available should you require any support or assistance. If you require assistance during your stay please call 07391 673007.

SMOKING

Smoking is not permitted in any part of the property. Smoking is permitted outside but please dispose of butts considerately.

WATER

Water from the taps is drinking water.

TOILET

The Annexe is provided with a luxury bathroom, however please do not flush anything other than toilet paper down the toilet.

SHOWERS

The showers are fed directly from the mains water supply and so can be easily controlled by the user.
Our shower trays are designed to be anti-slip. however we do recommend you use the towelled bath mat provided.

HAIRDRYERS

Hairdryers are provided

GARDENS & LAND

We have over 36 acres which we are happy for our guests to enjoy but please respect the livestock and importantly KEEP DOGS ON LEADS and CLOSE GATES

There are many species of wildlife to spot including rabbits (including a number of ginger rabbits!), squirrels, fox, owls, stoats, deer, buzzards, hawks, kestrels, pheasants and duck.

Please be advised that we have an open stream with steep bank so please keep children under close attention at all times.

WALKING & CYCLING

Whilst out for the day there is a good chance you could get wet and muddy. Bicycles can be left in the 3 bay garage and whilst we are somewhat of a safe-haven please secure them with locks (not provided).
